Shipping
We pack every order in our Kirkland studio as if it's going to a museum — double-boxed, wrapped, and fully insured.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority with tracking and signature required. Fragile barware, art, and large decor may require custom packing which may add 2-3 days.
Flat-rate shipping at checkout. For oversized or white-glove delivery, we'll contact you with a quote.
We currently ship within the U.S. For international inquiries, please email hello@atlasandpatina.com before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our heirloom finds, all sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Vintage pieces carry history — minor wear, patina, tarnish, and crazing are part of their story, not defects, and are documented in photos.
Damaged in Transit?
If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at hello@atlasandpatina.com with photos of the piece and the packaging. Keep everything — do not discard packing. We will file the insurance claim and make it right with a repair, replacement from our collection, or refund.
Items marked final sale, made-to-order, or discounted cannot be returned — but that's everything here, by design.
